1. If you order a custom set of nails and they are done and sent but you receive them and are unhappy with them then unfortunately they can’t be returned due to hygiene, safety reasons. If you receive a set and something happens to them, ie. Peeling, chipping or anything like that in the first 48 hours of having them I will offer from the following: partial refund new set. This is what I will decide and unfortunately you can't just ask for a refund. PROOF IS ALSO NEEDED.
2. All sales are final. As our products are custom-made and due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.This is in accordance with UK consumer regulations for personalised items.
3. If you ordered a set of nails and I have asked questions such as your measurements, address or anything like that and you ignore me for 2 months, (yes this has happened several times) the order is NULL & VOID.
4. Payment plans are allowed, however, If you go off the payment plan and don’t pay within a set time I will, unfortunately, push your order down the list or have to have a conversation about this and going forward if you cannot afford this.
5. This is a new one. PLEASE respect the fact I am pregnant, I do suffer from several conditions that make this pregnancy harder on my body. Sometimes I take a break for a few days so please do not rush me, you can message me about your order and I will always be honest. I have aims I try to stick to but this doesn’t always happen. I will always give an honest time frame and if I go outside of this 99% I give you a discount on your next order too, this is to benefit you in waiting times and any apologies for the inconvenience that was made.
WARNING:
Our nail glue is NON-DAMAGING when removed correctly. Soak the nails off properly in luke warm water and you will be able to reuse them, the ingredient for this glue is acrylic therefore requires care to be taken off.
